1. Customer can cancel the order by logging into their gldkart.com account before the ordered product is invoiced. Cancellation is not possible once the product is invoiced.
2. Once the cancellation process is complete, customer will receive a confirmation mail to the registered email ID. The amount will be refunded back through the same mode of payment within 10 working days.
3. Should the customer have any queries, Adharva Jewellers’ team shall be glad to answer the same before initiating the cancellation request.
4. Adharva Jewellers, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel an order at any particular point of time.
5. In case of cancellation pre-dispatch cancellation fees of 1.8% will be levied and balance 98.2% will be refunded back to the source account.
6. This cancellation policy is not applicable for Customized ornaments / Gold Coin / Gold Bar / Silver Coin / Silver Bar /Silver articles & Silver Jewellery / Gift Cards and Digital Gift Cards.
